During my stay, the restaurant was inexplicably closed on both nights, which was extremely frustrating since I chose this hotel specifically for its dining options. The front desk staff just shrugged it off and offered no alternatives, leaving me disappointed and hungry. To top it off, the elevators reeked of weed, making me question the hotel's standards. I encountered issues with inconsistent hot water in my room, which further ruined my experience.

I really enjoyed my time here, especially hanging out in the outdoor pool and the cozy leisure room with a TV. They also have a great seasonal pool for some extra chill time. The only downside was that the AC in the room took a while to cool down, but overall, it didn’t ruin my stay. 😊

Modern room, clean bathroom, with good water pressure in the shower and plenty of USB plugs for charging devices, made my stay enjoyable, and the location was great, just a short drive from Dallas Love Field.

However, street noise was disruptive, making it hard to sleep, and the cleanliness in common areas, like the elevator and hallways, was noticeably poor. The outdoor swimming pool was clean and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The Bistro team was attentive during breakfast.

Also, there was a lot of noise from the street—definitely made it tough to sleep. The bathroom door was filthy, too. So disappointing considering the brand. I've stayed in better places for sure.
